Hey!! I’m Kelly Joseph...fellow Projector who’s been there! I am a Human Design Expert, Wellness Guide and Barre/Yoga Teacher. I’m the one stuck and burnt out moms come to for the guidance and support in finding their light, love and purpose. I bring my Human Design experience and self care expertise along with my own Projector trial and errors and intuition to help moms wake up to what’s already inside of them! I approach my work and clients in a loving and nurturing way that helps moms take action on their unbecoming so they can wake up excited to put their self care first every day...so everyone wins! The old version of me was working out 6 days a week with a high impact fitness program and was running my fitness business from a place of bitterness. I was feeling unheard and stuck. I lost my passion for what I was doing and felt lost to my true purpose. After learning about Human Design and my unique Type, I shifted massively. I began doing low impact Barre workouts and meditation daily. As I explored and tried out a ton of different meditation practices, I found breathwork helped me release the most! I’ve learned to crush the bitterness and still crush my workouts in a fun way by mixing Barre and Breath together in a simple, efficient and fun way that I love. My goal is to share with you what has helped me so much.
